L'Âme de Bali is a botanical body care brand produced by PT Taru Bali Nature Secrets in Karangasem, Bali.
Product information and use
We aim to show descriptions, images, sizes, ingredients and prices accurately. The colour, texture, scent and appearance of botanical products can vary naturally. Colours may also look different on different devices.
Our products are cosmetics for external use, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Read the label, do a patch test, use as directed and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Information on this website does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed. Promotions are subject to the period, stock and terms shown. An order is considered accepted once payment has succeeded and been confirmed by the sales channel.
We may contact the buyer, decline or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, suspected misuse, insufficient delivery information or other issues that make fulfilment impossible. If payment has been received for an order cancelled by the seller, the refund will be handled according to the payment method and the transaction channel's terms.
Shipping

Complaints, returns and replacements
Check your parcel as soon as it arrives. For damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products, contact the channel where you purchased or info@lamedebali.com with your order number and supporting evidence.
For safety and hygiene reasons, body care products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return because of a change of mind. Exceptions apply for consumer rights that cannot be excluded, verified faulty products, or other terms of the official sales channel.
