How to Use

The two-step ritual

1. Cleanse your body with the Herbal Body Soap, then rinse well.
2. While your skin is still slightly damp, apply the Herbal Body Oil and massage gently until evenly spread.

Herbal Body Soap

This botanical soap is slow-cured for 6 weeks and made with coconut oil, olive oil and plant particles to help cleanse while gently lifting away dead skin cells.

1. Wet your skin and the soap.
2. Work up a lather in your hands, then smooth it gently over your body. Avoid scrubbing too hard.
3. Rinse thoroughly with water.
4. Stop using the product if irritation or discomfort occurs.

You can adjust how often you use it to suit your needs and how your skin responds.

Herbal Body Oil

Pour a little oil into your palm, warm it between your hands, then massage it gently onto clean skin. To help retain moisture, use it after bathing while your skin is still slightly damp.

Use a small amount and add more gradually if needed. For external use only.

Do a patch test

1. Apply a little product to a small area of clean skin, such as the inner arm.
2. Do not use other products on that area while you observe it.
3. Watch for a reaction for 24–48 hours. If redness, itching, swelling or a burning sensation appears, rinse it off and stop using the product.

A patch test helps reduce risk, but it cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur with later use.

Before you use

• Avoid the eyes, the area around the eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds and severely irritated skin.
• If the product gets into your eyes, rinse with clean water.
• Stop using the product if irritation occurs, and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have specific allergies, are undergoing skin treatment, or want to use the product on children, consult a healthcare professional first if you are unsure.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Close the oil bottle tightly after use.
• Let the soap dry on a draining soap dish.
• Keep out of reach of children.
